Who here loves plants? *raises hand* Who here can’t keep a plant alive for very long? *raises hand again* HAHA! Is anybody else with me? This month’s Create with Craftey DIY project is this cute planter! This would be the cutest addition to spruce up a potted plant (real or fake) you already own. More importantly, I think that this DIY planter could the perfect gift to give one of your gal pals a little extra encouragement. You’ll get the FREE “Rootin’ For Ya” hand-lettered SVG file + instructions on how to complete this DIY project sponsored by the team over at Craftey. You can download this month’s free SVG file and learn how to make this for yourself step-by-step over on their website. In the event that you need vinyl first, they’ve got you covered! Shop their vinyl collections here.
I don’t know about you guys, but I could NOT be any happier that the spring has FINALLY arrived. This means that I have officially survived my first winter in Manhattan, Kansas (barely). It truly felt like it was never going to end. Eventually, it did. PHEW! Due to my personal celebration of the end of winter, I knew that I wanted to give you a design that was encouraging and spring-y (DUH… plants y’all). The sun is out. The weather is getting warmer every day and things are getting a little more green every day (slowly but surely). Therefore, if you had a rough winter like I did… I’m rootin’ for ya!!!
Remember that this DIY planter is just one idea. If you think of a different way to use this free hand-lettered SVG file, we can’t wait to see it! Don’t forget to tag Craftey and myself on social media so that we can see your finished project! If you aren’t following them already, you can find Craftey on their Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Until next time, stay bossy y’all!
